In 2018, PSP was hired to find a new naming rights partner for a multipurpose venue in Omaha, Nebraska. As experts in asset valuations, PSP began the sales process by discovering value for the naming rights opportunity, including current asset valuations, new asset discovery, media comps, and national venue comps. In the end, PSP’s research and valuation led to a very competitive sales process, resulting in three offers that exceeded all expectations. CHI Health secured the naming rights with an offer of $23.6 million over 20 years.
